Mushishi: The Next Chapter Special's Ad Streamed

Special to run on August 20; "Second Half" set to air this fall
Aniplex began streaming a television commercial for the Mushishi: The Next Chapter one-hour special, Mushi-Shi Tokubetsu-hen: Odoro no Michi (Mushi-Shi Special: The Thicket Path) on Thursday.

The anime's special was announced in June and will run on the BS11 channel on August 20, followed by a broadcast on Tokyo MX on August 24. It was also confirmed that the "second half" of Mushishi: The Next Chapter is slated to premiere this fall.
The anime's first special, Mushishi Tokubetsu-hen: Hihamukage (Mushishi Special: Sun-Eating Shade), aired in January.
