Shueisha Games' Online Deception Action Game Invites Players to Disguise, Deceive, and Dominate — Available Now Through March 22
TOKYO — March 16, 2026 — Shueisha Games today launched the North American Open Beta Test for VIVA NOBOTS, an online deception action game available now via Steam Playtest. Starting today at 5:00 PM PT, players can jump in and experience the game's core loop of infiltration, bluffing, and treasure theft — completely free.
A new concept trailer is also live today, capturing the spirit of the game through its theme song and a cast of very human-looking players pretending — unconvincingly — to be robots.

In VIVA NOBOTS, players take on the role of rookie treasure hunters who have disguised themselves as excavation robots — NOBOTs — to infiltrate ancient ruins and loot whatever they can carry. Use slot machine mechanics hidden throughout the ruins to unearth valuable treasures and rare items.
The catch: every other player online is doing the exact same thing. Up to 16 players share the ruins at once, all disguised as NOBOTs, all competing for the same score — and all watching each other for any slip of the mask.
Spot a suspicious NOBOT? Pull out the Doubt Gun to expose them and steal everything they've collected. Or stay low, work the slots in secret, and walk out with your haul intact. The choice — and the risk — is yours.
Open Beta Highlights:
• Power Fruits & Skill Upgrades — Collect Power Fruits and Medals from the ruins to unlock a growing set of abilities and items. Customize your NOBOT build to sharpen your edge in treasure hunts — or your instincts for hunting down rivals.
• Watch Out for Androids — NPC Corp's latest humanoid security robots — Androids — patrol the ruins disguised as excavation bots. They look like you, act like you, and will absolutely shoot you on sight. You won't see them coming until you've already been tagged.
• GOD POT Jackpot Events — Every few hours, a GOD POT event triggers. Excavate rainbow Treasure Stones and be the first to land the GOD symbol combination to claim a massive Medal haul. Just know that everyone else in the ruins will be hunting you the moment you start chasing it.
• Unlock El Dorado — Collect all 16 map fragments to unlock Gol Dorado, the legendary golden city hidden within the ruins. This exclusive zone lets you excavate rare treasures in a private space — no rivals, no interruptions, just you and the jackpot.
