deviantART is going to make its first convention appearence ever at
Anime Overdose next March 4-6, 2005 in San Francisco, CA.
The CEO and founder of deviantART, Mr. Angelo Sotira will be speaking at the deviantART panel at the convention along with several of its prominent gallery directors. deviantART is one of the most popular websites on the internet for anime content, getting over 2 million hits per day of anime-related traffic.
Fans can also catch deviantART at their booth in the exhibit hall, next to many other great vendors and companies.
deviantART is joined by several other new guests, including Mr. Rob Paulsen, the voice of Yacko from Animaniacs and singer of "Countries of the World." This will be Mr. Paulsen's first anime convention appearence. He is also famous for having voiced Raphael in the original Teenange Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon. Also joining deviantART as a guest is the well-known Mr. Marv Wolfman. Mr. Wolman created many of the Teen Titans, including Starfire, Raven, and Slade.
He also created Blade the Vampire Hunter, Bullseye, and reinvented Lex Luthor as we see him today. Also joining as a guest is Ms. Mari Iijima, convention veteran making her first appearence in the city of
San Francisco.
