DramaQueen Announces Two New Manga

DramaQueen announces that it has officially acquired the rights to Challengers by Takanaga Hinako and Lies & Kisses (Utso to Kisu) by Minase Masara

TEXAS, Houston – August 29, 2005 - DramaQueen, L.L.C. is pleased to announce that we have acquired the license to two wonderful mangas: Challengers and Lies & Kisses.

Challengers (4 volumes)
This is the story of Tomoe Tatsumi, a freshman attending university in Tokyo. Life couldn't be better: he's living in a really nice apartment for less than most people pay for a single room. This is all thanks to Mitsugu Kurokawa: salary man, landlord, and (hopeful) lover. It is due to Kurokawa's generosity that Tatsumi is able to live in Tokyo on such a tight budget. Kurokawa's intention is clear: to love, honor, and cherish Tatsumi until his dying days! And if big brother Souichi Tatsumi has his way – that day will come sooner than not!

“The course of true love never did run smooth.” And thus, Takanaga sensei introduces us to her charming romantic comedy, Challengers!

Lies & Kisses
Lies & Kisses asks the question: is love thicker than blood? Tatsuya and Haru discover that “lust” at first sight is not so bad – especially if it's mutual! However, overshadowing their budding romance is Tatsuya's lingering attachment for his long lost younger half-brother. Can love be thicker than blood?

This is Minase sensei's most recent published manga from Aqua Comics. Publication date is planed for winter of 2005. Thank you to all the fans who have been anxiously awaiting this announcement.
