New York (September 11, 2007) – 4Kids.tv, 4Kids Entertainment's popular online destination for kids, which is ranked among the top ten kids advertising-supported sites by Nielsen//NetRatings*, re-launched with brand new features and functionality in conjunction with the premiere of the sixth season of 4Kids TV - 4Kids' four-hour Saturday morning programming block on Fox, on September 8, 2007.

The new 4Kids.tv features significantly enhanced and engaging kids entertainment content in the form of branded games, video on demand TV programming, and a kids pop culture buzz section, all updated daily. These community fostering features give the user a complete online experience with customization, avatars, tagging, ranking, friend-making and personal profiles. 4Kids fans will now be able to fully customize their 4Kids.tv experience by creating individual profiles and avatars.

These social computing “Web 2.0 tools” are aimed at bolstering 4Kids.tv's already strong user engagement. Nielsen//NetRatings recently ranked time spent as a key engagement metric. In June, 4Kids.tv surpassed the 39-minute mark in average time spent. The seamless integration of the 4Kids on-air and online content makes it a very easy and effective way to reach kids and their parents.

The new and enhanced features that kids will be able to enjoy on 4Kids.tv include:

§ Games: 4Kids.tv is releasing a new game each week with “New Game Wednesdays.” Each Wednesday, visitors can play all new games based on their favorite TV shows and characters from the popular 4Kids TV line-up. New games will be based on shows including Chaotic, TMNT: Fast Forward, Viva Piñata, Dinosaur King and more.

§ Videos: Kids can watch video episodes of their favorite shows past and present at 4Kids.tv. In addition to all of the current 4Kids favorites, 4Kids.tv will have more than 300 hours of original classic favorites like TMNT and Yu-Gi-Oh!. 4Kids.tv recently selected the Maven Networks internet TV platform which enables 4Kids.tv to deliver a state-of-the-art online viewing experience for site visitors. 4Kids.tv visitors cannot only build custom play lists of their favorite 4Kids TV shows, they can also view them in a vivid, full-screen experience. New videos will be added to the site on a daily basis.

§ Avatars, Message Boards and E-Mail: Avatars will be front and center in the new site. Kids can personalize their very own character in a fun, state-of-the-art avatar engine. Their avatar will represent them on 4Kids.tv in all communication and game playing activities. In fact, 4Kids avatars will follow a user everywhere they go on the site. Visitors can also make new friends, chat with them on the 4Kids.tv message boards system in a safe web environment that is fully monitored. Kids can rate and share games and videos, plus fully personalize their 4Kids.tv experience with customizable areas such as 'My Profile,' 'My Friends,' My Games,' and 'My Videos.'

§ Buzz: Kids can find out the latest on pop culture, games, TV, music, movies, sports, events, products, and more. New buzz items will be posted daily.

Adding to the fun is a brand-new 4Kids.tv Rewards Points program where fans are rewarded for doing the things they love to do – watching 4Kids TV Saturday mornings on FOX, playing online games and watching online videos. With 4Kids Rewards Points, fans can cash in points to customize their avatars with limited edition avatar items like hair, eyes, noses, mouths, clothes, decorations, backgrounds, scenes and more. They can also access exclusive screen savers, wallpapers, videos and games.

The sixth season of 4Kids TV premiered on September 8, 2007, The cartoon block unleashed its most action-packed slate of original programming to date, adding three new series to its already successful lineup of popular returning shows, which currently includes Chaotic, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Fast Forward, Viva Piñata, Sonic X and Winx Club. New shows are Dinosaur King, Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, and Adrenaline Project, which is scheduled to debut later this month. Each game inspired series on 4Kids TV ties back to either a video game or trading card game elevating the interactivity and engagement to a whole new level.

4Kids TV airs nationwide on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. EST on the FOX Broadcasting Network.
