Genericon XXVII to be Held the Weekend of February 14-16

TROY, NY (September 15, 2012) – Genericon, the annual student-run anime, science fiction, and gaming convention held at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY, will hold its 27th convention the weekend of February 14-16, 2014. Our theme for this year's con will be “Genericon. . . In Space!” Submissions for Artists' Alley, Vendors, Panel and GMs will open soon, stay tuned. The staff of Genericon XXVII look forward to seeing their attendees next year in the wild vast reaches of space.

ABOUT GENERICON:
Genericon is an annual, student-run sci-fi, anime, and gaming convention, the oldest of its kind in the United States. For 27 years, it has been run by student staff and volunteers at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute campus in Troy, New York.
