Air (TV) Masterpiece Very beautifully done, a masterpiece in envoking emotions in the viewer.
Alien Nine (special) Bad Didn't like too much
Azumanga Daioh (TV) Very good Sidesplitting laughter in just about every episode
B Gata H Kei - Yamada’s First Time (TV) Good Pretty damn funny, got a little stale in the middle
Baka and Test - Summon the Beasts (TV) Good
Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro-chan (TV) Excellent Absolutly the most comedic show I've ever watched. Several times in each episode (dead serious) I was forced to pause from laughing. An absolute PLEASURE to watch.
Cardcaptor Sakura (TV) Very good I still consider this my root to my love of anime. I never once grew bored of the series, every episode always had something new and exciting (sometimes it would be silly 'Oh no the card is putting too much sugar in the cake!'), and was simply amazed at how easy it was to follow yet how gripping it was.
Chaos;HEAd (TV) Not really good
Chobits (TV) Awful God awful
Chrome Shelled Regios (TV) Very good
Chrono Crusade (TV) Masterpiece One of the best I ever saw in 2006. Easily one of my favorites
Clannad (TV) Awful this shit was so comically bad I was laughing hysterically at every "dramatic" scene. The plot is SO incredibly predictable, any "story" in it was just a shitty high school crush story that hasn't been done A MILLION TIMES, and beyond stupid shit like "hey I'm a ghost girl from your school im in a coma from an accident that, when ever spoken about, must cue cheesy crying scenes and laughably bad music". Definintly one of the worst I've seen in a loooong time, but I was laughing through the badness of it. I felt like Mystery Science Theatre riffing it. SO it's awesome if you like comically bad TV!
D.C. ~Da Capo~ (TV) Decent I'll say that the first 18 episodes were fabulous, but then it sidetracked off of the road it made and it wasn't for the better. Really felt let down.
D.C.S.S. ~Da Capo Second Season~ (TV) Very good Although my girls from the first season never got a chance to win, I can say that once I got to accept the girl chosen, the series was highly enjoyable because the harem/love tension was gone, and you really got to just focus on characters as themselves
Dance in the Vampire Bund (TV) Very good
Deadman Wonderland (TV) Weak
Death Note (TV) Excellent Awesome. One of the few shows I really get excited to watch
Eden of the East (TV) Masterpiece A very big surprise for how original it was.
Eden of the East: Paradise Lost (movie) Masterpiece
Eden of the East: The King of Eden (movie) Excellent
Elfen Lied (TV) Very good It was good, but forgettable. It didn't shock and awe me, but then again I never really got into it.
Eureka Seven (TV) Very good WAAAAY overhyped for me before I ever started it. It was very good the whole way through, but I can't ever see it as the masterpiece so many of my friends have come to see it as.
Fate/stay night (TV) Very good Was very good
Fate/Zero (TV) Excellent
Fate/Zero (TV 2) Masterpiece
Figure 17 (TV) Excellent Absolutly amazing. I'm not one for slice of life animes where half the series is fillers, but throw in badass alien fights with some of the most dynamic characters I've ever seen and leading to an absolutly amazing ending, I could reccomend this to anyone. Also the first dubbed anime I ever watched once I started to watch subtitled anime.
Fullmetal Alchemist (TV) Excellent Simply amazing. I ended up watching the entire series in four days, which still remains as my second fastest anime I've seen (based on episodes:days). Outside of an unsatisfying ending, I can't think of a single thing I didn't like.
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (TV) Masterpiece
Fullmetal Alchemist: The Sacred Star of Milos (movie) Excellent
Futakoi Alternative (TV) Very good Most of the story was just good fun to watch, but it really didn't tie together that well with every episode, as the running story got sidetracked a lot.
Ghost Hunt (TV) Excellent A great setup, interesting story arcs, great characters, slightly eerie. Very enjoyable
Girls Bravo (TV) So-so
Green Green (TV) Good People with lots of complaints with this one, but I don't care, I liked it. It was funny, it was romancy, and it was just a nice easy anime to watch
Gunslinger Girl (TV) Excellent I enjoyed the series so much that I watched it all in one sitting. Gripping story, sleek action, and mindblowing drama made it a winner. Loved it so much that I bought the manga's for it as well.
Haibane Renmei (TV) Decent Slice of life anime is very low on the totem pole with me, so I didn't like it that much. Decent ending made up for 9 episodes of still life.
Heaven's Lost Property (TV) So-so
Heaven's Lost Property Forte (TV) Not really good
Kanon (TV 2/2006) Very good About a million times better quality than the original version that I couldn't even finish. Pretty cool show, it has my interest
Kaze no Stigma (TV) Good Funny at times, minimized the fan service, and oddly enough the guy in the pair was far more enjoyable to follow than the girl
(The) Legend of the Legendary Heroes (TV) Decent
Love Hina (TV) Very good First subtitled anime, and also my first harem. Pleasure to watch, it was light, fluffy, and full of drama and romance.
Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha (TV) Excellent Amazing series. Downloaded it because I was sent the OP song to it (Innocent Starter), and I was blown away. A good story, cute third grade protagonist and antagonist, and enough loli-blowing-the-shit-out-of-everything to make me giddy.
Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha A's (TV) Very good Not as strong as the first season, which is the opposite of the majority's opinion. The cloud knight's simply couldn't cut it for me, and instead of sympathizing with them like I was supposed to, I just ended up hating them.
Magikano (TV) So-so Had a good deal of laugh out loud moments, but it was pretty cheesy and sleezy. Made me laugh, though. Ending was weak
(The) Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (TV) Good Flawless. Everything about it was beautiful. The artwork was amazing in every episode, the story, even though chopped up and mixed around, was woven together incredibly, and the characters were so defined and structured that I just was taken away by the series.
My Bride is a Mermaid (TV) Decent
My-HiME (TV) Masterpiece One of the best series I'll ever watch. Amazing story, Amazing characters, and fantastic action really made this shine.
My-Otome (TV) Good Got around to watching this after stopping around the fifth episode when it was getting subbed. Turned out to be very good, but not quite as good as HiME was. Still very enjoyable.
Neon Genesis Evangelion (TV) Decent (dub), Masterpiece (sub) Amazing. Crazy addictive robot action, astonishing characters and relations, and one of the most mind blowing endings I have ever seen.
Ninja Nonsense (TV) Excellent One of the most hilarious animes I've seen.
Pita-Ten (TV) Very good Adventures of Misha and Kotaro were cute beyond all words. Excellent pseudoshojo
Please Teacher! (TV) Good Was pretty good, not exactly the most unpredictable animes I've ever seen, but enjoyable none the less
Please Twins! (TV) Good See Please Teacher
Princess Jellyfish (TV) Very good
Psycho-Pass (TV) Excellent
Puella Magi Madoka Magica (TV) Good
RahXephon (TV) Excellent Saw it dubbed. The robots and fights look terrible as shit, but the actual story and characters make up for everything the previous lacked. Excellent, well worth the watch
RIN - Daughters of Mnemosyne (TV) Very good
Rosario + Vampire (TV) Weak The bat was the funniest character in the show
Rumbling Hearts (TV) Masterpiece Will most likely always be my favorite anime. An absolutly devistating story of depressing, denial, lost hope, and pity woven together so beautifully that I was left a depressed wreck once I finished it. Would watch again, and reccomend to anyone.
Samurai Champloo (TV) Masterpiece Amazing. Hip, stylish fight scenes, love stories, historical references, and characters that you could honestly see grow in character made this series absolutly fantastic. Not to mention one of the best endings I've ever seen.
School Rumble (TV) Excellent Just want to see it.
School Rumble: 2nd Semester (TV) Excellent Follow up to a show that left me in stitches until the very end that picked up with the same momentum. Just as impressive and hilarious as the first, it was a pleasent surprise to see how funny a sequel to School Rumble was
Scrapped Princess (TV) Excellent Awesome. Torn between Excellent and Masterpiece, since there was a few flaws that rubbed me the wrong way, but overall as a whole, the entire show was a pleasure to watch.
Sekirei (TV) Weak
Serial Experiments Lain (TV) Decent It was okay, nothing great. Duvet was probably the best thing to come out of all of the 6 hours I spent watching this
Shuffle! (TV) Excellent This one holds the record for me. Overnight, I watched episodes 1-24, and was dazzled by everything until the last two episodes. Everything went so well together, the characters were adorable and loveable, and the drama was so intense that I was driven to the edge of me seat at times. I never felt so happy at a love confession in my anime life.
Sword Art Online (TV) Very good
Trigun (TV) Excellent Things don't get popular without reason.
Trigun: Badlands Rumble (movie)
Welcome to the NHK (TV) Good
When They Cry - Higurashi (TV) Masterpiece A masterpiece in its very self. Every episode is extremly suspensful, and some episodes would shock me so much to the point of hypervenilation. The horrors the show goes through blow my mind, and the play with my mind like it's a chewtoy or something. Nothing has ever left me so insecure.
