Will not finish Rating Comment
Bleach (TV) Quit around 63 or 64, at the end of the Soul Society arc. I mean, it was fun at first, the same way Naruto was fun. The exact same way. Underestimated protagonist is beaten up, tells off bad guy, powers up, kicks ass. Rinse and repeat.
Cardcaptor Sakura (TV) Weak Saw on TV after school many years ago. Obviously all the gay was edited out, leaving only the lame. Would watch again if it was the only cartoon on. But if Pokemon was on too, it becomes a toss up. It really was that bad.
Death Note (TV) I loved Death Note Season 1. But I will never finish it. I refuse to acknowledge Season 2 even as a retarded bastard half sibling of the first season. In my head I have written an ending which does not suck. No spoilers so I won't share.
Excel Saga (TV) So-so Extremely overrated. Randomness does not mean hilarity.
Haré+Guu (TV) Worst ever I am convinced watching even a single episode of this makes one measurably stupider. Also, I didn't find it funny. And like most ugly things, funny is all it's got to fall back on.
He Is My Master (TV) Worst ever Watch this if you think alligators raping underaged maids is funny. If that concept even seems vaguely repellent, trust me, seeing it doesn't make it any less so. Use this show sparingly, it is the most effected contraceptive known to mankind. Viewers reported projectile vomiting at the mere thought of sexual contact up to six months later.
(The) Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (TV) Awful Just not funny. Also, televised in a nonsensical order. The people in charge of writing the episodes must have been in charge of arranging them in order too. Take a note, just because a show has a fun dance doesn't mean it's a fun show.
Naruto (TV) Should have stopped after episode 101, rightly dubbed "Worst Episode Ever." Instead tortured self for another few weeks based on the enjoyment I had received from the show up to that point. Naruto is formulaic, but feels good, like watching a sports movie. You know the misfits will win in the end and you enjoy rooting for them. Besides, all the characters are unique and interesting. That said, I realize the filler has killed any interest I have in ever finishing this series.
Pani Poni Dash! (TV) Worst ever Blatant fanboy pandering. Not funny, just self conscious.
Pokémon (TV) So-so Falls under the heading of "Crap I Used to Watch on TV." Could be worse. Although I'm trying hard to forget Brock's hitting on Nurse Joy.
Record of Lodoss War (OAV) Bad Boring. Just like being told by a guy you don't really like about his "awesome DnD session" last Friday.
Samurai Pizza Cats (TV) Not really good Dated. Gave a look because many people remembered it fondly. Doesn't hold up to adult scrutiny.
Shaman King (TV 2001) Weak "When I grow up, I want to be the _________ king!" Fill in blank to produce Shonen Jump title. Suggestions: ninja, pirate, shaman, card-playing-reincarnated-ancient-Egyptian, bread-baking, pokemon-training, etc etc. Shaman king is the least engaging of these, except maybe pokemon training.
Yu-Gi-Oh! (TV 1/1998) Decent Actually kind of engaging in a mindless way. I bet it's more fun in Japan where it hasn't been bowdlerized and all the children are sleeping with one another. Seriously, just watch the abridged episodes. It's exactly the same.
