There are several entries that are in .hack//SIGN that are misplaced:

Bob Papenbrook as Lios
Brianne Siddall as Elk
Kirk Thornton as Orca
Mona Marshall as Kite
Wendee Lee as BlackRose

These are all from episode 28, the bonus episode of .hack//SIGN, which in the ANN Encyclopedia has a separate entry as ".hack//Unison". Since this episode is not covered in the ".hack//SIGN" entry (only the original 26), these VA credits should not be there (and they're all already in the "Unison" entry)

Also of note here is that the incorrect "Bob Pappenbrook" spelling needs to be merged into the correct "Bob Papenbrook" spelling.

Visionary and Vixens are the same show, with the former being both the original Japanese and North American VHS title, while the latter is the N.A. DVD title. See:

I noticed these duplicates,

Also, on the encyclopedia's "M" page the second title, "Lalabel", is listed in italics even though that is its main title and its alternative title, "Magical Girl Lalabel: the Sea Calls for a Summer Vacation (movie)", is in the regular font. I thought it was supposed to be the other way around for main and alternate titles.

The correct title should be Ichigeki Sacchuu!! HoiHoi-san. It's already quite famous on English PS2 websites.

What happened to this batch of new entries? First Kaleidostar (an old one), then Sunabozu (a rather recent one), now Ichigeki (both in the same new batch). How come so many duplicates all of a sudden?!
