Hard core nudity? no. There are a few breast shots and the like in Inuyasha, but nothing too risque. All the shows you mention were shown on primetime TV in Japan and so couldn't get away with a lot of nudity.

Stick to regular porn. Cartoon porn is nasty and I don't even want to know what you intend to do with it.

Didn't Burn Up W had nudity? I don't remember, but it was a lot of fanservice than Burn up X.

Have you ever tried Neon Genesis Evangelion? That has ridiculous amounts of fan service among other things...... Also, the Tenchi Universe and especially Tenchi Movie 2 ( I think.....) has a lot of fan service among other things, as well. So yeah....

During the end credits.
I thought someone would have brought up the first 2 seasons of Ranma ½.

Try Outlaw Star, Any Tenchi Muyo Series, Ranma 1/2, Mahoromatic, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Ghost in the Shell, Inuyasha, Please Twins, just to name a few. But if you're looking for hardcore stuff, go buy hentai

Samurai Girl Real Bout High School has a lot of fan service, and that's about it. The dubbing, the story, the music, and everything else about the show pretty much stinks. In fact, I found the fan service annoying. Heck, I even watched it in Japanese and I thought it stunk.
The only reason I give it a So-So rating is because they make fun of Iron Chef in one episode, which I found totally hilarious. Other than that, though, you may want to rent it at the most.
I hear Ikki Tousen is nothing but fan service with a little fighting, so you may want to try that too.
