One interesting related piece of information posted by Thomas in the same forum not too long ago is that this show was produced on an extremely tight schedule, with only 9 months between the first pre-production designs/drawings and broadcast. Production challenges are thus anticipated. They had a pre-broadcast airing during the last week of 2011, and the episode was apparently completed 30 minutes before the showing. ^^;
Anyway, the thread is a fascinating source of "behind the scenes" trivia (and of course, beautiful drawings from the French Satelight team). |
