You haven't seen anything yet.
This is from "The 3D Adventures of Sailor Moon", a Windows game DiC released back in 1997 when they distributed the original Sailor Moon anime on TV.
Just... *shivers*
P.S.
I got this from my own copy of the game. I found what appeared to be a promo copy at a flea market, and well, you can imagine the game.
P.P.S
I was originally comparing this to the DiC Sailor Moon live action/US animation project that never took off. I didn't specify this, and I apologize. No flaming against the show was meant.

Actually, many people like Sailor Moon.
Even the Live Action series.
So... Was your intent only to mock a game which you may be the only person with any knowledge of said game?

Ah... damn. I think I didn't write what I wanted to uh, write.
My original intention was to make a post which referenced the very first attempt by DiC to sell Sailor Moon in the US: Perhaps you've seen the infamous live action/US animation clip shown at a con, where everyone was laughing at the video? That was what I meant.
It was not my intention to make fun of the Japanese Sailor Moon TV shows. I grew up watching the original anime.
I'll edit my post in a bit.
Now, could people please talk about how horrible this is?

Now, could people please talk about how horrible this is? | Actually, the American live-action version of Sailor Moon wasn't produced by Dic. It was produced by another company called Toon Makers. It even says so at the beginning of the video of it. And to be honest, I didn't think it was really that bad of a game. It wasn't the greatest, but for a computer game targeted at little girls, it was a lot of fun. I liked the little arena where you shot random objects with the Crescent Moon Wand the best and that little game thingie where you could watch Sailor Moon music videos. The 3-D Sailor Moon cube game was pretty fun, too. You just have to remember that Dic didn't produce this game with older Sailor Moon fans in mind. It was produced for the little girls who Dic was trying to aim this series at in the U.S. Considering that Sailor Moon is a little kids' show even in Japan, I'm sure they probably have some silly little games like this, too.
