Igarashi is only drawing the Achiga-hen manga. Ritz is still handling the story, and the news article is a bit misleading by not mentioning that fact (only using Igarashi's name when referring to Achiga-hen).

I love this show (obviously), but man that title is clunky.

As far as I know, in Nationals there are two 'sides' of the bracket, A and B. This is the story/episode of side A of the bracket.
