I have recently noticed that when I rate an anime, the number of ratings of that anime does not increase. Are the ratings that a member puts in his/her rating in the My Anime related to the ratings on the page of that anime in the Encyclopedia? I thought most likely "yes" but now I'm a little skeptical.
Ex. I recently rated FMA and Honey and Clover II (both Masterpieces). When I looked back at the page hours later, neither of the ratings increased. I don't remember FMA's ratings, but H&C II was at 47 before and after I had added my ratings. Is this a bug/glitch? I'm almost certain that the Enc. and My Anime ratings are directly related, and the H&C II ratings incresed to 57 so my new question is: Is there a huge delay from when you put a rating in your My Anime till when the rating on the actual page in the Enc. increases? |
