personally, i found that rather disturbing.
My friend, on the other hand, was writing an erotic short story in portions on the gamefaqs forums. he claims people were begging him for the conclusion so they could "finish"...he put a very humorous twist at the end of that should have made any man shameful of themselves for getting aroused. but, back on topic! I don't think revy shot eda, and i hope for another season. I still think that rock placing his bare hands on that gun is going to lead to something. |

Well now...that caught me off guard...about that....um....it was funny but...that last part with the twin and Balalakia...yeah....no...they had some similar revy pics on 4chan a few days back right like Kruszer said taht is enough of that...I don't think anyone wanted it to go that far.
You don't think Balalakia would do that to Rock do you...well I hope she wouldn't...though does it really matter they both touched the gun so if they go after Rock they might as well go after Balalakia...right...I mean they will be in the same place. |

Well, considering it took me 1 min. 46 seconds to think and type that on the spot, I feel it was pretty good, but it could've been better...I'll stop that for now too.
And I don't think they would go after Balalaika unless it was on their turf, and even then, it would take quite a bit of manpower and some REALLY good stratician to take them. They could go after Rock, but then he could get help from Chang or even Balalaika, which would mean they might as well as gone for them in the first place, which in turn would lead to their slaughter anyway. When exactly can continue with my H-scenario? because I just though of some funny to add to it, but I need to get rid of Sawyer cutting them up at the end. |

Speaking of Chan, that guy seriously needs some more screentime if they make more BL. That dude was awesome. He gets extra cool points for having green Chinese dragons engraved on the handles of his guns too.

I did not make it clear but I was kidding. But going back to topic I also like Chang. He is a really neat character. He is really skilled and gets respect from Revy. Just with those reasons you have to admit there could have been more of him in the series.

Oh, guys, you sometimes make things tougher for a girl to post on this thread.
I too thought that Chang actually was a character with lot of potential. Too bad that he didn't have much scenes in these seasons. I think that most of his scenes occurred in the bloody twins arc and a little in the first season when spoiler[ he took those papers from the Bulgarian guy.] He embodies the criminal mind who possesses the art of handling perfectly guns and who still has time to make jokes about it. Btw, I definetly admired his cool air when spoiler[ he handled that bomb in the first season and thus gaining even more respect from Revy. ] |

--- yeah, i'm aware he is the Chinese mob leader (triad style) ... but i sort of remember Dutch mentioning Chang was trying to get things under control in Roanapur but he was having a hard time. I'll have to go back and check ... unless someone already knows. |

I just watched the last episode. Awesome, but spoiler[I didn't expect the Yakuza girl to kill herself in the end]. And I also expected spoiler[some sort of showdown between Balalaika and the Yakuza sword dude [sorry i suck with names] , although I enjoyed his fight against Revy, who for some reason was missing him from a few feet away while being one of the best gunmen in Roanapur <sp>.. ah well.. I guess the fight would end too soon...].
Anywho, does anyone know which volume of the manga this last episode takes place in? I know the manga is currently 6 Volumes long... I really hope they make another season, even if just 12 episodes long; there's a lot of characters who'd I like to see more of [i.e. like people mentioned above; Chang] Also the chainsaw girl and roberta were pretty cool, as were the knife lady and the wizard guy who was pretty hilarious... Great series. My second favorite of 2006. I WANT MORE... |

Great series especially the second season. But one has to ask: where's the supporting cast like Dutch and Benny? Their parts have been ruduced to probably 15 minutes throughout the second "barrage".The final episode had that certain rush feel to it..meaning and ending with possibly loose ends.
The fight between Remy and Gin was cool but you know in the end ,we all know who's going to win.
Will collect the DVDs once it hits stateside. |
