I'm trying to purchase stuff like this, though I cannot read Japanese so I'm unable to verify some things. As such, I would ask; are sellers in Japan willing to ship over-seas? If not, how can I arrange an intermediary to do the shipping for me?
A note that I have not purchased the product I linked to; doing so would be the equivalent of jabbing my foot into a crocodile's den. |

That depends on each seller. The information is written in ENGLISH:
There are online auction agents. Google is your friend. |

Yeah, you'll have to shell out for an agent, very few Yahoo Japan folk will actually ship overseas, and most only accept a Money Transfer payment (very uncommon in the US, but preferred in Japan.)
Rinkya.com has a good interface, but high fees. Celga.com is supposed to be a good service with more reasonable fees, but it's harder to use. (Please note, these are both things I know via hearsay, I personally have not yet needed to use a deputy service/agent.) |
