I prefer female. I'm not sure for all of my reasons, but I'm sure that part of it is the fact that males are overrepresented as protagonists in various forms of entertainment.
In fact, I generally tire of all the male characters and male perspective in entertainment. I don't know why that is, exactly. Maybe I'm not a very good bisexual, and I simply like women more. My preference for female characters in fiction often makes me feel like I may be more attracted to women than men.
Oh hey, my gender, huh? I'm agender, so I don't got one.
