TM Rev is voicing a character, why couldn't he have just done the opening again like in the past...? Not too big of a fan of this Vegas group ever since their Brynhildr opening, and I'm not liking this song all that much more. Anyway, show looks fun, looking forward to hearing "Ieeeyyaaaaassssuuuuuuu!!!"

When I first heard there was going to be a new season I was happy but after reading the above my happiness went down some. I had hoped for a new story not a extended retelling of the movie.

If Hiroyuki Sawano doesn't return to do the music, I'll be very sad. That dude knocked it out of the park for the first two seasons and the movie. Anybody know if he's on board or not?

Wow. They broke tradition with TMR(including Abingdon) not doing the opening. We can only hope for an insert song now.

I hope they get back the original cast that did the movie since this is just the detailed version of the movie. |

Nice to see Sengoku Basara is back thought I'm kind of sad TM R will not performed opening back in first & second seasons. Plus, It's not Production I.G whom will produce the anime. I hope this new studio will do good animation.

It's been so freaking long since the last Sengoku Basara came out, I'm so happy to see a new season animated. This's got to be one of my favorite guilty pleasure anime of all time, I can't wait to see more of Date Masamune and his motorcycle horse

The plot has very little to do with the movie, which was basically a fanfic with some loose inspiration from the game. All of the character relationships will be different and there will be a bunch of characters who never appeared properly in The Last Party, so there should be a lot of new content. |

I really hope Funimation uses in-house voice actors for this one if it gets dubbed.
