Thanks very much for the option to screen out potentially NSFW ad skins. I'd just as soon not see them anyhow, and it really is a convenience that probably means I'll visit ANN more often if anything. Good move.

Thanks so much for the option to turn off the in-text ads. I always got confused thinking they were links to another relevant article and the blasted pop up wouldn't go away unless you clicked the extra tiny X button on the corner. I'm so glad to see them gone. Thanks ANN!

Won't you lose money because of that? I can't imagine turning off add is okay with the advertiser…
Honestly add never bothered me, once your used to them they just disappear from your vision. |

Thanks for the changes, the in-line ads made selecting text a pain and the more mature ads made things awkward at times.

Please tell me you are joking. Ad is short for Advertisement. And ads can range from something like this:  to this: [img]http://www.brandchannel.com/home/image.axd?picture=2011%2F8%2Finfolinkss.jpg[/img] or videos ads known as commercials from anywhere like hulu or your tv.

Can there be an option to only have PG-13 ads
This is the best of both worlds, I get the great key-art from the anime ads, and without the text ads I can read the articles much easier. Since you guys are going above and beyond, I'll make a conscious effort to click on interesting ads, and if I planned to purchase the item already I'll do it through the ad. It may be a small thing, but since you guys are really being awesome it's the least I can do. |
