Has there ever been a moment that was just too narmy to take seriously?

Nina's Freakout- Code Geass: You know the one I'm talking about. The face she made when spoiler[Euphemia died].

Death Gun- Sword Art Online II: As if his design wasn't clichéd enough, they also had to give him such a stupidly generic name. What, was Kill Pistol or Murder Magnum taken?

Whenever the Characters Cry- One Piece: Sometimes, the drama of whenever the characters cry gets ruined by how their faces are drawn. They're usually drawn so over-the-top, with fountains of tears rolling down their faces and snot going down.

Princess Mononoke has some pretty hilarious things in it even though the whole movie takes itself strictly seriously.

Future Diary Any time Yuno does something "creepy" and the anime portrays it as though I'm supposed to be surprised. Another example would be when Akise tells Kousaka to hold the door opened in the basement of the hotel that Yuno kidnapped Yuki in, and after Akise discovers that the body was a fake, Kousaka lets go of the door (and possibly even closes it himself) to take a closer look. That's eye-rollingly poor writing at its finest.

Fate/Stay Night Lancer asks Saber if her weapon is a sword. Saber replies by listing that it could be a spear, a lance, or even a bow. Whether or not this was meant to be witty sarcasm is up for debate, but it's so... strange for the character to act in this way that it comes across as more hilarious than a badass one-liner.

For my personal chuckles, the Aldnoah Zero moment when Slaine gets shot down by Inaho, AKA Island-gate, it pretty much is THE defining moment for the season as it the first moment our main protagonists finally meet and have there first conversation, and the result is they try to kill one another instead of trying to talk.
This is also a dividing point if you are in the camp for EITHER character for whatever reason, but thinking back to it is pretty amusing because the series decided to run with the ball of stupid all the way to the end of S2 due to this singular moment.
spoiler[of course the S1 stinger of Slaine shooting Inaho right in the face got me to snort one loud "HA!"]

Fist of the North Star might be the reigning champion of unintentionally hilarious moments.

(no major spoilers btw)

Exhibit A.

Exhibit B.

And these aren't even the best.

Unless there's a dying puppy with cancer in that scene, I'm pretty sure that all hilarity from that gif is intentional.

From the old movie "Arion":

Arion gives what's supposed to be a rousing speech to an army he's leading, and oddly...unenthused cheers follow after each pause.

spoiler[
"Come follow me into battle and die for me today...

RAAAAH!

...even though I'm not interested in being your king...

RAAAAH!

...and only want to save my sister....

RAAAAH!

...whom I'm in love with and want to marry!

RAAAAH!]
