To be honest, I wasn't very interested at first, but after reading ANN's review of the movie, I'm a bit more excited to see how this will turn out.

I like AoT but it isn't all that great imo, I'm not really excited and based on this not-so-good quality video, it looks like there's an over-reliance on CGI.

Nope it's all actors in costume with some green screen.

That's it, I definitely don't want to see anymore footage. I can only handle seeing so much awesomeness before checking out the full movie(s) itself. It's cool that it got a good review on ANN, but I had been anticipating this regardless! Looking forward!

If that's the case, again the video quality isn't very good, there's still learly some digital alterations added on the titans themselves but you can't believe that the debris flying around is actual debris and not CGI.

And the way the camera moves isn't realistic at all, hence why green screen also sucks, it's so painfully obvious. Film making techniques have gotten way too artificial, nothing looks believable anymore. The Ninja Turtles from 1990 looked more realistic than this let alone the more recent ugly ones in the new movie. No green screen, no CGI, it may not have been perfect compared to well-made creatures like Predator, but when compared to these Titans, not only were they actually in front of a camera, but they were also interacting with each other and their environments instead of CGI buildings.

To each their own, but I didn't see any problems that would stop me from enjoying the film. Not every movie can be made to Hollywood blockbuster standards.

The trailer just cemented ANN's review for me. So I am looking forward to this movie.

So is there a possible license. The film didn't come out yet??? C'mon with it. We better get a screening at NYCC this year. I mean just the first film is all we need.

Some of the environments and some of the smoke, dust, and pyrotechnics were CGI. Obviously, any scenes with Titan and humans in the same shot were digitally composited too.
