I was going to say "too soon" but yeah, with the current pacing, this is probably a good stopping point.

Wha-? It only got to the point where anime did in 15 volumes?

I mean this is just the manga adaptation that's ending correct? Isn't the novel the original source, and isn't it still ongoing? I still want my season 2 bruh...no matter how unlikely...

I get where you're coming from but personally im not going to read the light novel and just like index 3 i have my expectations on 0 so if it doesn't happen I can already have moved on,like im going to do with this series.

The anime was quite rushed and skipped a large amount of non essential scenes.

Hmm. While it was relatively fast paced, I never felt like it was rushed. But it has been like 3 years since it aired so my memory might be playing tricks on me. I do remember that I really liked it.

I was very impressed with how they managed the anime, and I had a similar impression to what you seem to have had. It had a fast pace, but it didn't have that frenetic rush feel that a lot of LN anime have that try to get through volumes in similar amounts of episodes (well maybe a little bit in the last 2 episodes). I read the LNs after watching it though, and it made the rush pretty obvious. Still, I have to give a lot of credit to the anime for how well they hid that.

...still waiting for novel 14's translation to be completed... Mad

The anime adapts 1-9 of the novels. 10-14 (and any more after that) are unadapted new material.

That sucks. Sometimes it feels like Anime kills the Manga / Light Novels prematurely.

I wish they hadn't skipped all the inbetween stuff, so the series could been longer. It was enjoyable.
