I was wondering if anyone from ANN has heard about or plans to go to Nekocon in a few weeks? It's a small con located in Hampton Virginia. I never hear anyone really talk about it so I thought I'd see if anyone does actually know about it or plans to go. If you are interested here's a link to their site.

I am, heading down to VA to visit a college friend of mine. It's near her house, so we were planning on attending. I go to Otakon every year, but I enjoy smaller cons too, a different sort of atmosphere and it's the right size to meet and chat with people.

You ever been to Nekocon before? This will be my second and I'll be gophering like I did last year. I also am a many year vet of Otakon and while I enjoy it it is refreshing to go to a smaller con where you can relax more and don't feel as rushed to do everything like at Otakon. |

I just came home from the last day of the convention. Overall, it was ok. Nothing new I haven't seen before at this convention though, and I've been attending this convention for seven years straight now. I mainly go to take cosplay photos because photography is one of my passions.
