What does that title translate into literally? I can't tell. Too many female I's.

I think you’re thinking of “oishi” which would be delicious. I think oshi means push, so “Push Me So I Push On” or something? (I don’t know, I don’t exactly speak Japanese so that was a complete guess and probably 100% wrong.)

This Oshi is actually "a supporter of" / "a fan of"
So probably something like, My fan supports me? The person I'm a fan of is a fan of me??? The title is actually really hard for me to understand tbh.
