This sounds like a shonen/seinen romance. I know that, because I'm an avid reader of those. It even has a similar premise to Mikadono Sanshimai wa Angai Choroi, probably my favourite ongoing romcom.

It's a Go Ikeyamada manga, so the only thing I know to expect is cute shoujo fluffiness, and at least one ntr drama arc. I'll give it a read, I loved Suki-desu Suzuki-kun.
