My first encounter with the Shinsengumi in any form was Gintama. So I'm not sure how I can watch anything else about them without expecting someone to pull out a jar of mayo or a rocket launcher.

I think there's a good chance it will run for two cours, since it will take over the pre-Conan time slot.
