I'm with Southkaio here. It's weird that this film never got any sort of foreign language dub in the 1990's. This seems like it would be the sort of cute,sweet anime for kids that would have been a shoo-in for that. The English language names would have been great for an English dub to start with. It's a shame that this isn't going to get one. It looks like it deserves one.
