I really enjoyed how engaging the story is in volume 1. I unintentionally read it in one sitting and was left wanting more. I’ll admit I would’ve liked to see more half naked (or fully naked) men, but patience is a virtue. The story loosely reminds me of Ooku (I love Chinese court-style tales). I preordered volume 2 and can’t wait to continue Latil’s journey!
