First, all Japanese sources say the production budget is between 14-15億円, which is 1.4-1.5 billion Yen = 14-15 million US Dollars by today's exchange rate. Certainly not to the 10 billion Yen (100億円) level.

Second, is "Yonayona" one word or two words? Can't see the full title from this picture.

I wouldn't normally take an interest in this sort of film, but it's being directed by Rintaro! *sighs*
