Can you imagine if EX-ARM actually sells?
That said, I like this. Goodness knows how many anime Crunchyroll won’t give a physical release. |

NGL I was trying to forget vlad love exists....was super hyped for it because I like Oshii but it was really just an awful anime. Happy for the very few who like it I guess

Ex-Arm, Iwa-Kakeru!: Sport Climbing Girls, and Woodpecker Detective's Office are all titles Anime Limited is distributing for Crunchyroll as the mockups show the CR logo on the top of the box. One would think the Crunchyroll, LLC rebrand of FUNimation in March 2022 would close the distribution deals off (here's a full list of them), but nope, not that I'm complaining. Also looks like those 3 are LE-only in the US.
Definitely going to be getting Iwa-Kakeru!: Sport Climbing Girls. I had lost all hope for it, but now to see it coming out with the booklet content from the Japanese release, very nice. I'll also be double-dipping on the UK-only standard edition for the beautiful key art. |

Reiterating what I've written elsewhere. Minami-ke (all seasons) Gabriel DropOut Asobi Asobase The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated! My Wife Has No Emotion It's definitely good to have another company releasing relatively recent anime on Blu-Ray in the North American market these days. I appreciate retro-focused companies like Discotek giving quality Blu-Ray releases to the sort of anime I first watched as VHS fansubs at an anime club in the 1990s but I also want to buy some newer shows that aired within the past decade or so. |
