A pity that it's region locked. I had a look at KochiKame and it looks like they got it from old VHS tapes. It's watchable at least.

Looks like they're following TMS's example and releasing their legacy titles to YouTube. I hope these become full series releases, but they need to change how they handle their releases. Taking a quick glance at their offerings, some of their stuff is just combined into one massive video instead of individual episodes, which would be a pain to watch and keep track of where you're at.

I'm wondering if the original negatives even exist anymore. Part of me thinks they didn't given how many episodes they produced.

It's very possible that do still exist but REMOW wasn't going to pay someone to scan hundreds and thousands of frames for a YouTube release.

Great to see a classic title getting a new release, but hopefully they up it to at least twice a week so that it doesn't take 7+ years to see it all in english lol

Hopefully they can get it put on a streaming service so it's easier to follow in the future too

They have also added "Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun" (My Little Monster) to their YouTube Channel. Also, region locked.
