Hm... hadn't realized a third season had been announced. Maybe it'll be worth watching? Garou on the cover doesn't exactly bode well (his entrance more or less marks the point where the series stops being a parody and embraces becoming just another incredibly bloated shounen action romp) but as I recall there was a little bit of Garou stuff prior to the interminable Monster Association arc, so maybe it'll be tolerable?
I'd at least like to see the martial arts tournament animated. That was the last time the manga really seemed to have a sense of fun (at least before I gave up on the manga). |

Was it? Man, I have zero memory of it. Really, I barely remember anything from the second season save that the animation was a big step down.
EDIT: Had to look up all the chapters and corresponding episodes on the wiki. Yup, I've forgotten just about everything from the second season. Guess I don't have anything to look forward to in the third season. Well, at this rate, season 5 should be fun. |

Yep, Viz has always been a manga-first company. The anime they typically license are ones where they also release the manga. |
