While the next few days are going to be very speculative until the announcements, I would not be surprised if it was an action show. I am hoping that it is an original show that gets a same-day simuldub.

There have been leaks since last year that Yomi no Tsugai (the newest Hiromu Arakawa manga) had an anime in production, with supposedly Aniplex producing it as well, so I'm just gonna bet on that for now.

If it's for 2025, then that means it's been in production for awhile. That means it's unlikely it'll be an original work.
Judging from the potential cast, yeah, it's likely to be the anime adaptation of Yomi no Tsugai. It could still turn out to be something else though.

Could be a new Type-Moon anime, but part of me thinks it might be from the Fullmetal Alchemist author’s new manga or even a completely original series.
