I don't think Mars was ever a good seller, here, even during the Tokyopop bubble. So if you want a classic shoujo, get it now, and don't let it rank badly on Amazon like Gravitation.

I'm not a shojo reader usually but I remember liking Mars back in the TOKYOPOP days, so I may have to check it out and see how it holds up.
Definitely getting that Ghost In The Shell box set and both of the yuri titles look good too.

So many classics back (Shugo Chara! Mars! Ghost in the Shell!), a new Yoko Nogiri romance, a new Aya Kanno title, your classic romcom plot with amnesia, and Yuri + BL!
Also I actually read Hitting Rewind with You online so I'm really happy it got licensed!

A lot of manga announced I'll be picking up, it's so refreshing to see all the shoujo and josei in particular!
The titles I'll be getting ASAP are MARS, Wicked Spot, Love at First Memory, Hitting Rewind With You, and Smells Like Green Spirit.

The Tokyopop version did very well.

There can be a lot of different reasons why Mars wasn’t rereleased in print before now that have nothing to do with how well it did when Tokyopop released it. I’m not saying it did Fruits Basket numbers, I’m just saying it sold on par with other titles we would have called hits at the time.

Wicked Spot is an easy buy for me. What I've read has been solid.
Marrying the Dark Knight (For her Money) is also pretty good. That's kind of "loose" translation of the title, but whatever. Also, the author is Suoh, the artist is Sometime.

Shugo Chara and MARS got me SO excited!!!
The former was a childhood classic for me, and those collector's editions look gorgeous.
The fact that we got the sequel too is such a treat!
I'd been wanting to read MARS but missed it's original run - the copy of volume 1 that I got from interlibrary loan was so worn out I didn't feel comfortable handling it.
Now, as an active manga collector, I'm SO excited for the chance to own and read it in physicals!

The Shugo Chara! and MARS announcements got me so good. I'm definitely going to get the SC! sequel, but I'm torn on whether or not to double dip for the other two. I might do so for MARS, as my Tokyopop volumes have seen better days, but outside of my miscut cover of Volume 11, SC! is holding up quite well on my shelf. But those new covers and promise of new translations and art is getting to me... I'm a sucker for art pages and art books.
