I don't know if you are aware but Genshin's been in bad spot for over a yr now.
Of their 3 newer games (GI, HSR, ZZZ) its likely the worst performing one & has been losing playerbase for ages now due to devs ignoring issues.
WuWa (wuthering waves) has better combat for those who want their skill/reaction speed to matter. Also better for F2P as it has smaller pity rate & gives out more pulls vs genshin. (not a big thing to many but some do care about that stuff)
It likely won't impact WuWa at all (as the combat is why you play that game) but it will likely impact Genshin as stated earlier its had issues devs refuse to address (on top of fact community memes that genshin is the unloved one of their games now as it rarely gets QoL other games get until a yr later)
Endfield had a beta 2 or 3 months ago iirc and the feedback even then was really good.

I think Genshin is still doing fine. Losing players sure, but not in any abandon ship kind of way. The game still rakes in cash and probably made bank off of Skirk's banner. If Star Rail keeps power creeping like it does, I feel like it will have worse player retention issues in the long run.
Wuwa is super great, but it has to improve it's optimization on consoles a long way to feel as smooth as Genshin on consoles. So despite the tough competition, I think Genshin still manages to shine.
Regardless, Endfield has me positively SALIVATING. The gameplay is probably going to get mixed reactions. Mainly because I don't think Hypergryph is going to land on a solid combat system pre-launch since the fanbase is so split on what kind of combat they want. I think they are going to improve and iterate and find a sweet spot post-launch. But what is already looking top of the line is the design and aesthetics of the game. I honestly don't even care if the gameplay is bad because I just want to look at characters in that menu for hours on end.
