You know the Anti AI crowd is going to do this. They thought Sekiro's anime was AI because it had smear frames and off-model in-betweens.

The novel Death Star has, among its other subplots (it’s an ensemble piece about people on the eponymous super weapon) the story of the gunner who fired on Alderaan, and his trauma and misery after committing the most famous war crime in cinematic history. This feels cut from the same cloth.
