I was hoping they’d do Super Mario RPG. A movie with Mallow and Geno would be great. I’ve never even played Galaxy.
Ah well. It’ll probably still be fun. |

The Sonic movies skipped straight to SA2 so it tracks Go for the games everyone knows and loves. I hope they don't girlboss Rosalina too much. She's supposed to be very motherly and kind. Her backstory was one of the highlights of Galaxy. |

Nintendo does not own the rights to the original characters which were created for Super Mario RPG, Square-Enix owns them. If they were to make a SMRPG movie, though I believe it would be better suited for a TV series, both Nintendo and Universal would need to work with Square-Enix and it seems they are kind of difficult to work with, I mean, while Disney could make a Kingdom Hearts movie or TV show, they'll still need Tetsuya Nomura's approval. |

Ah, right. Completely forgot that Square-Enix owns those characters. If they didn’t, they probably would’ve already returned in the games. |

I'm glad Kevin Michael Richardson will return as Kamek, instead of being replaced by a big name celebrity. This happened to Stephanie Sheh's character in the first Ne Zha film, with the role going to Michelle Yeoh in the sequel. Also Kamek and Jack Black as Bowser were most of my favorite parts in the first Mario movie.
As for Rosalina, probably would never happen, but I think Mageina Tovah or Deborah Ann Woll would be amazing as the character's voice cast. |

Oh God, we're back to this again. Anyway, since people wanted something more plot driven in a Mario movie, adapting Galaxy makes the most sense, considering we get a full backstory of Rosalina's past. Can't wait for this one! Also, I'm kinda sorta hoping Uma Thurman is in this one. |

People saying they're skipping World because of the Yoshi tease at the end of the first movie but seem to forget Yoshi was a major thing in Galaxy 2 so it can still track.

Kind of feel like there's plenty they can adapt before getting to Galaxy...but I don't mind it either.
Visually it's probably going to look utterly stunning. |
