The intro by PelleK was very nice. The outrageous OP from S1 was one of my favorite parts of the anime, so I'm delighted to hear he'll be doing the OP for S2! The visual was cool as well. It felt a bit like an old samurai movie sequence. Although the 3dcg is scary, I'll brave it if we have another fantastic season.

Sweet! One of the few light novels I picked up because I liked the anime so much. Can't wait.

I found the first season to be quite entertaining (even if it was a straight OP power fantasy), so I'll definitely be back.

S1 started funny but it got boring fast so I dropped it; is the arc covered by S2 any better (this is a question for the LN readers).

I like isekai as much as the next person but this one was really average. I did finish season 1 but yeah underwhelming.

I remember binge-watching this as I had the time. It was a very by-the-numbers show with very familiar plot point tropes. It was very, very average and its biggest crime was to not try to innovate even in the slightest. Slots well into the "you've seen one you've seen all" category.
