I checked out Handa-kun before I did Barakamon and for a long time it scared me off the original. Barakamon's great but I've tried multiple times and at least the anime of Handa-kun is completely insufferable, though I dunno if the manga's maybe better.

OMG!!!! I absolutely LOVE the Barakamon and Handa-kun animes so I need to read the manga!!!

MangaUP (and K-Manga) policies of releasing already ended series as "new" is something that baffles me.
