remembered reading about her passing back in December. thought it odd that there was no 'official' cause of death put out at the time. she kinda' took the Traci Lords route and went mainstream with great success.
But still, she was too young to die so suddenly, we'll miss her.

She was having health problems up to and after she had announced her supposed retirement from television, but she probably did not come forward to tell everybody what was going on, so as to not let anybody worry about her. The Japanese have been known to keep something that's hurting them internally to themselves so as to not worry anybody close to them. That's just too bad, such a tragic way to go.

She probably had Aids D: I mean nobody dies of simple pneumonia this days. and We DO know she was an Aids activist and had a Pretty Active sexual life. what takes us to the conclusion of the obvious.
