What?

No Krauser butting in?

I'm disappointed, Rob. Very very disappointed. Evil or Very Mad

Man, did this ever scare me. Going by the rest of the paragraph, I'm assuming that you really meant bi-weekly.

I really like daft punk's music, but I never made it a priority to watch their video's. Not after I saw the video for technologic...

I absolutely agree with this. What would be more epic than Krauser playing in a band with Daft Punk? Just hide Stella somewhere safe, and it's good to go.

Edit: Almost forgot; No one is safe from Krauser. Twisted Evil

I sort of want these.

I'm a big Leiji Matsumoto fan. I'm a casual Daft Punk fan. I loved Discovery, and what's more, loved Interstella 5555 (which makes me wonder why I don't have it on DVD!).

Matsumoto's character designs are iconic.

Those look cute. I remember watching the music video for Daft Punk's "One More Time". I haven't heard much of their other music, but I really like "One More Time". I listen to it every once in awhile.

it kinda saddens me that not a lot of people have heard about or seen Interstella 5555. All of the music from the discovery album was great and even though there was no dialogue, the story was easy to follow

and ur a lucky lucky bastard for having those figures *glare with envy*

Oh man, I'm so jealous! I love Interstella 5555! I remember once, when I was still new to anime, flipping through the channels late one night and catching part of it on Cartoon Network, having no idea what it was, but thinking it was the coolest thing I'd ever seen.

Interstella 5555 was a once in a lifetime anime achievement. Something on the lines of Bubblgum Crisis, Robot Carnival, Project A-ko, or Otaku no Video. To this day, it's one of the most played DVD's in my collection because it's impossibly fun and wonderfully creative.

A simple story well told is always more enjoyable than a complex story told awkwardly, and Interstella is proof of that.

Those figures are definitely a find, Rob. You're a damn lucky man to have them. Hopefully, I'll turn up the wick on my disposable income and have a set myself to go with my Maetel Legend Emeraldas/Maetel pair.

I remember that music video for the "One More Time" song and really liking it at the time. I didn't know they had a DVD with more stuff.

And Krauser playing in the band would've been interesting. Oh well, still an interesting article.

I'm a huge Leiji Matsumoto fan. Huge. So huge that I pretty much collected anything I could get my hands on. Including Interstella 5555. I got that (ordered in too) for 9 bucks AUD (That is US$8). It seemed like no one liked it enough to pay a large amount of money for it ... Pity because it one of my most FAVOURITE anime along with Now and Then, Here and there and Escaflowne.

And you know SUCKS even more ... about a two years ago I had the awesome chance to pick this set up. But I didn't as I was only 14 and knew nothing about it. A year later I watched Interstella 5555 (Not knowing it was Matsumoto at the time) online (Illegally) and loved it (Then forgot about it). Only a few months after that I went to a convention and discovered Leiji Matsumoto's work, realized about Interstella 5555 again and hunted it down.

I am still kicking myself for not picking it up ... oh well I have my Harlock Endless Odyssey figurines I suppose ...

=_= Give the dude some space... He's sort of got a point. =/

But that said...I don't know what else to say. =_= I'm really digging the vibe of these figures...but there doesn't seem to be a point in me getting all up and arms about em unless I'm a DP fan.

I'm all for collectibles and retro sexiness, but I can't dish out a hundred bucks for a Daft Punk product... -_-;;
