I thought Broccoli went under in the US? Or is this only talking about the Japanese branch?

Seems to imply the Japanese branch.

I guess that it just goes to show that Japanese kids don't want to eat their vegetables any more than their American counterparts do.
On a side note, I didn't even know that Brocolli was a Japanese company. I just knew about the American one which has already gone under (and I didn't even hear about them until they were going under), so this news definitely confused me at first.

I wasn't aware that Broccoli was a Japanese company either, but the only information I really knew about them was that they originally had the R1 rights for FLCL, which Funimation picked up. So, they weren't exactly a big blip on my radar.
