Thanks for the link - it's much nicer to read the story straight through online than a few panels at a time in the newspaper.
One thing I find really interesting is the relevance of the story. It seems that quite a few of the articles posted on both the ANN main page and the forums deal with community members, parents, and other such people objecting to the content of manga and other comics. Right now I don't have a very firm opinion on the matter, as there are a lot of fine lines involved in obscenity laws. I imagine that the case portrayed in Funky Winkerbean would get fairly messy given the nature of the charges, but I suppose I'll have to read to find out.
