Surely that should read "an accomplished cartoonist, publishing numerous comics" or (if you must) "an accomplished manga-ka, publishing numerous manga"? I mean, she may write comics that could (in some cases) be described as graphic novels but that doesn't make her a novelist and she's never published an actual novel.
It's actually been released with the title Onikage: The Art of Toshio Saeki. |
