there are two DVD with 125 minutes runtime
1episode is 25 minutes = 125 / 25 = 5episodes
but I read there are 7 episodes is there a mistake?

The running times you have are mistaken. For the North American releases, the first volume is ~75 minutes long, containing the first three OAVs, while the second volume is ~50 minutes in length, and contains OAVs 4 and 5. The last two have not been released in English. (I updated the Encyclopedia entry before posting to show the vintages and episode titles, so things should be a bit less confusing.)
