I'm not exactly sure but didn't Yoko Kanno contribute some music to the show "X TV"? I don't know to what extent but I was looking for MP3s and it had her listed as such.

Yoko Kanno composed the music for the X Radio Play (a lot of stuff get's made into radio plays in Japan). I'm sure she didn't have anything to do with any of the X anime though.
