Hellsing the TV series has actually been confirmed before from one of the Manga UK podcasts back in Q1 2013. Though they didn't mention a release date.

As for Fate/Stay Night, surprised Manga picked this up I thought MVM would take this instead.

Yeah i remember them picking up Hellsing TV, thought i would rather that they didn't bother tbh.

Now a blu-ray of Ultimate 1-4? YES PLEASE.
