Well...

Doing a quick 2-second search for it online, I found http://www.tms-e.com/

That's for TMS Entertainment, which I believe is a branch of the same company. I didn't bother looking for info about it, because I'm kinda sleepy. :) but if you can read japanese, take it for a spin.. it might be what you're looking for.

Anime smile I think he's referring to your avatar. He mentioned in the Avatar thread that Powerpuff Girls' eyes look like they're peering into your soul or something. It is kinda freaky. It's better than porcelain dolls, though, IMO. -_-; I always thought those things could suck out my soul just by gazing at me.

I assume you've seen the doll episode of 3x3 Eyes, creepy stuff, I'd have trouble sleeping in that room too...
