These all girl idol animes sure are popular, AKB got a second season as well and Aikatsu is also going for 52 episodes, Idol Master also ran for 2 cours!

Oh good, this series had such a genuine sense of fun and really quite well-written. It deserves success for how solid and consistently fresh it was.

Whoa.
Well, I'm not entirely sure how I feel about this since I wasn't a huge fan of season 1. But still, I will look forward to this because I miss some of the girls from the Winter season of this series. |

This one fizzled out at the halfway point for me. I'll give season 2 a try though. Nice to see it was a success and hopefully it will be given an appropriate budget this time (they didn't seem like they had near as many songs as you'd expect from an idol show).

This is amazing news to wake up to! It was by far the biggest seller of the Winter season, so I'm not too surprised, but its always great to actually get a new season confirmed!

The first season BDs are selling this much, it would be stupid for them not to make another season when it's possible to continue the story.
