One year ago, when the Nami special airied, I had just finished Arlong Park's arc. Today, I finished watching the Water 7 arc. I just need to watch most of the Enies Lobby arc in preparation for this special. I love coincidences.
The Nami special took out most of the stalling elements in the anime and kept all the stuff that mattered to the characters and story of the arc, so here's hoping they do the same... though it spans two arcs where two major other character happenings go on, so... I kinda hope they include those well enough, too... This one will be a lot harder to adapt...
